Local In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 619 SE 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97214. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready.
Please have the name under which you placed your order or your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Processing:
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

We do not offer International shipping. Reach out to us here to learn more about how you can start a Creative Reuse Center in your country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at portlandshop@scrapcreativereuse.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Any in-store pick-up items not picked up within one (1) month from order date, will be restocked with no refund or exchange.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at portlandshop@scrapcreativereuse.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

SCRAP Creative Reuse - Green Shipping Statement
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by providing educational programs and affordable materials to the community.
Our Green Shipping allows greater access to affordable materials for customers to find creative reuse supplies. We want to expand our reach and provide opportunities for customers to learn and shop with SCRAP Creative Reuse.
Our Green Shipping practices consist of:
- Utilizing reuse packaging donated to us by our customers, donors, and local businesses.
- Any seals and adhesives are reuse materials, or environmentally friendly alternatives.
- Any partially used papers or labels left over from packaging are added to educational kits or sold in the stores.

Carbon Offsets: SCRAP Creative Reuse is working to include carbon offsets for all transactions. At this time, payments using Gpay (Google Pay) and Shop Pay use industry models to determine the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) that is released into the atmosphere for each shipment and offset delivery emissions.
